The first quarter in 2010 was a blur with a lot of travel, meetings, and hectic work days sometimes spilling on to the weekends too. February and March in Sydney was fantastic. the follow up in India after our trip back from Sydney has been great too. All the activity however has lead to the Webonautics Blog taking a step back with very few updates and posts. Ironically, we haven’t been practising our preachings :) :) .

Spent last evening enjoying the Twilight Parade a part of the Chinese New Year celebrations, marking the Year of the Tiger. Colorful floats marching along with drum beats awaken the spirits of the dragon. The three hour parade was a riot of colors, swirling costumes and of-course the dragons.

The Indian Divinity website is gearing for the re-launch with a new look and more features. The introduction of the additional features was set to take place in phases. Although, it is still going to be in phases, there is a slight change of plans. The phases are going to be reduced (i.e.) the first phase will include more additionals than intended previously. Hence, a slight change in the launch date of the website. The site is set for re-launch sometime in late January or early February 2010.

November and now December passed by as Team Webonautics enjoyed work as usual with the spirits intact. Before anyone realized the year is almost coming to an end. Now, it’s time for Webonautics Team to close down for the holiday season. Ofcourse we are never really going away, the urgent emails will always be attended to. Officially we are on holidays from December 24 to January 03, 2010.

Yesterday after travelling from Mangalore to Mumbai I switched on my laptop only to have it blank to blue screen with a list of message and continuing to go into a cycle re-booting.

I am currently on Windows XP Professional version with Service Pack 2. Switching to Safe mode I tried restoring back to few older restoration points of previous days, but none of them worked.

August has been a marathon of meeting deadlines, finishing projects and launching websites. Each week flew by with work progressing at a feverish pace, with the last week taking the lion’s share of them all. September and October have been equally busy with the Diwali Holidays adding in some excitement of celebration and festivities.

The monsoons in Mumbai brought along with it, the rounds of flu, common cold and cough. It was time to wrap up the Document Management System enhancements for Jet Airways, Layout and Design finalization for ‘I AM’ movie website among various other tasks and jobs.
